Jorge leads program-related investments (PRI), aligning financial tools with the organization’s mission. He bridges investment and programmatic efforts through a relationship-centered approach, overseeing the full PRI process – from due diligence to portfolio management – to ensure investments reflect community priorities and support lasting impact.
Jorge holds a bachelor’s in political science from Bowdoin College and has extensive experience in philanthropy and community initiatives, having previously built partnerships and supported power-building efforts as Executive Director of the Lower Columbia Hispanic Council. Beyond work, Jorge enjoys traveling, learning languages, and exploring history through books and cinema.
